text now you're starting to build up a formidable arsenal of weaponry and equiptment you can share it out amongst other characters by right clicking on the character with the equiptment and choosing the upgrade icon. Click on any of the items in the inventory and drag them over to another characters tab where it will transfer to their inventory, (you then have to go into that characters inventory and manually arm them)
